Ballet Audition Photography

Audition photography for ballet companies and schools. A former ballet dancer behind the camera draws out not just technique, but the charm and potential unique to each dancer.

Features

Why dancers choose us

01

A former ballet dancer's eye

Drawing on six years of stage experience at a European national theatre, each gaze, head angle and fingertip is directed with care. A deep understanding of ballet draws out a refined line and the beauty unique to each dancer.

02

The reassurance of an audition veteran

The photographer has been through many auditions herself. Her experienced eye guides each pose, and her modelling background means even first-timers can step into the lens with confidence.

03

Tailored to each application

Every shoot is matched to the specific requirements of each ballet company or school. Reading what the application really asks for, she suggests poses and framing that show your strengths — finishing a frame worthy of the jury.

Behind the camera is a former ballerina who trained at the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy and danced with companies abroad. Having stood in the audition herself, she knows what juries look for — and what your photos need to show. That experience is what draws out both line and expression, precisely.
